Installation failed on Vista

I'm currently using Windows Vista Ultimate version and gonna install BibleWorks 7.

But when the installation launch, a installSheild Wizard come out and there is one error occur:
"An error (-5009 : 0x8002802b) has occurred while running the setup.

Please make sure you have finished any previous setup and closed other applications. If the error still occurs, please contact your vendor: BibleWorks."

Then there is Report, Detail>> and an OK button.

When i click the Detail>> button, it shows the information below:

Is there any solution to fix this?

Then i try to install in Windows XP and it run without any problem.
But I need to use it in Windows Vista as I mainly use Vista. Please help. Thx

Just to make sure, have you downloaded the correct Vista fix and followed the installation instructions?

Try uninstall, reinstall, DO NOT run BW, install Vista patch, open BW, upgrade. Worked for me.
