I want to project and mark Bible verses (mainly BGM and WTM) on a screen that cannot be marked on. Get the picture (no pun)? I have a white board (dry erase) behind the screen that I can project onto and mark on, but then the image quality suffers. Anybody using BW for screen projection and interactive input?
- Tablet PC?
- Browse Font?
- Desktop with Touchscreen Monitor and Pen?
- BW 8 (I didn't start that discussion!): One-step Projection Toggle from default font size to custom font size?

Thanks for any tips and insights from classroom experience,

Ingo

Sir, Here is a link to Morris Proctor Seminars. At his seminar he used Gyro Tools (which his website sells) as he was presenting another bible software package. He was able to zoom, highlight and do some really cool presentation things. Hope this helps.

Note: Go to the bottom of the Software Page.

This is actually a very good topic to bring up - but honestly - there most be a cheaper solution than the 110 usd gyrotools one.
Does anyone know of other software that will allow you to mark and highlight in any program during your presentation?
Thanks
Morten

For a reasonable price:
ScreenLink and MouseLight at Vizidesk (http://www.vizidesk.com/)

A free but very limited option:
In Control Panel > Mouse: see if you have a tab for "Pointer Options"
One option is "Show location of pointer when I press the CTRL key"
This is what I'm doing for now.

Here's a freeware called Virtual Board (http://lightools.fredisland.net/index_virtualboard.htm).

If I can get my screencast.com account working, I will upload a small tutorial video, recorded in Jing, demonstrating what it can do.

Thanks for the links; both Vizidesk and Virtualboard are quite nifty, esp. in the absence of a Tablet PC.

BW at font size 50 or so works great projected onto dry-erase board.
And with tabs I can even preload sample sentences. Yeah for BW 7!

Here's a short video on using Virtual Board. This is my first Camtasia recording and I've done no edits whatsoever. Editing will come in later videos.

Virtual Board Demo (http://www.screencast.com/t/peDo4SgWa)

Same Demo On Youtube (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CD0FsNgqXvc)
The clarity is hideous on this one, but this is my first youtube u/l. I've only just begun to experimentate. Settings will get better over time.
