Recently our office bought new computers and upgraded to Windows Vista. When I attemped to install BW7 I got the following error message: "an error 503:0x20, finish any previous setups and close other applications."
The technical details were: "setupdll\setupdllcpp(949)"
I loaded the patch, but it didn't help; in fact, the instructions said to load the program BEFORE the patch. I have no problem loading other Bible programs such as Word Search.
Could someone please give me a solution for this? Thanks
