BibleWorks program installation is performed from CDs that are shipped to one that has ordered the product. (Though BibleWorks is maintained via updates downloaded over the Internet, the facility for downloading the program itself is not available.)
Occasionally the CDs that arrive may contain a damaged disk. If there is visible damage to any or all of the CDs when they were first received, please contact BibleWorks Customer Support for replacements.
When the occasion arises that BibleWorks 7 disks are lost or damaged, replacements may be ordered for a nominal cost, plus shipping and handling. Please remember to include the revision number of the disks to be ordered. Due to differences between the disk sets, neiter the program disks nor the module disks are interchangeable.
Replacement disks are also available for BibleWorks versions 5 and 6. These must be ordered from BibleWorks Customer Service (http://www.bibleworks.com/support.html).
We are sorry, but replacement disks for BibleWorks 4 and earlier versions are no longer available.
In all conditions, be prepared to provide your serial number when ordering the disks, as replacements are only available for those who have purchased licenses for those versions.
