Description
An attempt to start BibleWorks fails, resulting instead in an error message.
Cause
For one reason or another, the BibleWorks executable has ceased to function correctly, and the program cannot, as a result, start successfully.
Solution
The best place to start is to replace the BibleWorks executable with a previous version that worked correctly. To do this, take the following steps:1. Hold the SHIFT key on your keyboard.
2. Double-click the BibleWorks icon to start the program.
3. When the BibleWorks Trouble-shooting Menu appears, click the button to restore the BibleWorks executable checkpoint. (see illustration below)
4. Start BibleWorks normally.
