The secure BibleWorks Internet Store (http://store.bibleworks.com), under "Your Account" and "Track Orders", will indicate, with the admittedly obtuse response "Your order was shipped to Shipped" (we're working on getting that phrase elaborated without spending a lot of our customers' money to do it), the date an order submitted through the store was shipped. Typically, an order submitted through the Internet Store is shipped within one business day. A normal domestic USPS Priority Mail order should be received in 2-3 business days after that; an international order within 7-10 days. Expedited shipping halves this time.
Further information on all domestic orders and expedited international orders, whether submitted through the Internet Store or not, may be obtained by contacting BibleWorks Customer Support (http://www.bibleworks.com/support.html). In most cases Customer Support can provide a tracking number.
