Italian-Greek and Greek-Italian Dictionary - Help

I need an help for editing an Italian-Greek and Greek-Italian Dictionary.

I am writing a Greek-Italian dictionary for personal use with Bibleworks.

I shall wish to realize it, how a Bibleworks lexicon.

Some questions:

What is the better file to work:

Chm=htmlhelp - to make with Build Module index (but it links only scripture references and not word)?
word file?
excel file?
others specific software???Making the dictionary with excel or word it is possible to link a word file or an excel file with Bibleworks link manager and to find (search) a specific word into the file starting from a Bibleworks greek bible?

What is the font to use:

Bwgrkl for Greek + Times New Roman for italian?
Unicode for both?Using unicode for making the dictionary, after to make it, it is possible to find (search) a specific word in the Dictionary starting from a Bibleworks greek bible?
