GSE not sending results to Search Window

A student asked me a question the other day about the GSE and how it should operate. We both have 7.0. When I use the GSE, my results are sent automatically to the Search Window, but when she uses the GSE they are not. It's my understanding that the behavior I see is the default: GSE results should automatically show up in the Search Window. Does anyone know of a setting that the student may need to change to get this default behavior, or anything she should check? We've only interacted by e-mail so far, so I haven't dug too deep into this problem, but I am not sure what to tell her to check at this point.

There isn't a setting change. Can you post the query file that she is trying to run? A screenshot (http://consumer.installshield.com/kb.asp?id=Q108297)could also really be helpful (save it as a GIF or PNG though or it'll be too big for the forums).
