1. Double check to see that you have Flash Player installed. Flash Player should install to your computer during the BibleWorks 7 installation. It can also be found at:
http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/download.cgi?P1_Prod_Version=ShockwaveFlash
If you have verified that Flash Player is installed, follow the instructions in step 2.
2. If the links within the BibleWorks Study Guides do not work, you may need to reset the BibleWorks COM server.
To do that:
a. Exit BibleWorks
b. Start BibleWorks (Start>Programs>BibleWorks 7>BibleWorks 7) while holding down the SHIFT key.
c. Under Option 2 in the Window that opens, click on the button that says "Unregister Automation Server". The Window will close.
d. Start BibleWorks again while holding down the SHIFT key.
e. Under Option 2 in the Window that opens, click on the button that says "Register Automation Server". The Window will close.
f. Restart BibleWorks as usual.
