There are two ways to search the BibleWorks's FAQs for advice on a problem:
1. Click on each of the individual subforums (listed in the column on the left) in the BibleWorks Technical Support FAQs Forum (http://www.bibleworks.com/forums/search.php?f=11)and look through the thread titles to see if there's one that matches the problem; or
2. In the upper right corner of the BibleWorks Technical Support FAQs Forum (http://www.bibleworks.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=11), click on "Search This Forum" (see image below) and enter a key word for the problem. For example, if the problem is with BibleWorks installation, enter "install" or "installation".
A question listed as "Moved:" simply appears in this section in more than one place. Just click on it anywhere to read it.
If an answer to the problem isn't found, please contact BibleWorks Customer Support (http://www.bibleworks.com/support.html).
