HALOT Coding issue?

I'm in HALOT #2524, znh. I see several spots where the Hebrew gives way to wingdings. From looking at others, it appears to be only this entry that's affected. That makes me think it's a coding issue, instead of a font issue on my end. Anyone else see this?

I saw it somewhere a couple of days ago, but I cannot remember whether it was HALOT or BDAG. Probably HALOT, as I was studying LXX. Unfortunately, I cannot remember the entry and I did not have time to report it at that time.
