Impoting Notes from BW6 to BW7

I'm sure this has been discussed before but I can't seem to locate the thread. And I know it is most likely simple to do, but right now I am suffering from a brain lapse (it's been a hectic week!). How do I transfer my BW 6 user notes into BW 7?

Copy the notes folder from BW6 into the BW7 folder.
