Look up each word in the TWOT. In BibleWorks 5 or 6 click Resources | Greek/Hebrew Lexicons and then change the Lexicon to TWOT. Then look up each word. Typing in the Hebrew is fairly simple since you can ignore vowels. For Qatsir just type qcyr. For Aciph just type asyp.

If you really want to know the difference, you can look up each word in WTT or WTM and then read each word in the context of the verse in which it is used. Once you find one verse in which one of the words is used (TWOT should give you a few references for each), right click on the word, choose "search on lemma" and you'll see a list of all the verses where that root is used in the Hebrew Old Testament (this is the same as typing the word on the command line with WTM as the search version). Do the same for the other word, and see if the context helps you see the difference.
If you want a second opinion on what the words means, check BDB's definition for each (either in the auto-info window when you put your cursor over a word, or by right-clicking on the word and looking up the lemma in the lexicon browser). If you also purchased HALOT, you can get a third opinion.
If you really want other people's opinions on this, you could subscribe to the b-hebrew discussion list:

Hope this helps.
