Alternate Diagramming method

I like the current diagramming module. But I have, along with other colleagues developed an alternate method of diagramming that is more syntactical in nature, rather than grammatical.

I was told when I purchased BibleWorks 6 that it would be quite easy for the developers to add some new diagramming symbols.

How do I contact the developers in order to see this added to the diagramming module?
